As a plant owner or operator you are concentrating on the operation and maintenance of your equipment. Next to the scheduled overhauls where wear and tear parts are checked and if necessary exchanged, you face sporadic failures of components which can be rectified by your own staff. There are two ways to approach the associated spare part purchasing process:

    1. The comfortable way via your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with known transaction process, unfortunately this normally includes long lead times and high costs.
    1. Or the direct order via the component/part-manufacturer, which as a direct cost may look cheaper but indirectly is actually more costly due to the following:
      • Tying up purchasing and maintenance department resources with the extended efforts
      • Difficulties in identifying the spare part
      • Communication problems with the manufacturer/supplier (language and ordering process)

Our supply of services includes a cost-effective and accelerated purchasing process via the original part manufacturer which is specifically designed to reduce the cost to you our client by not unnecessarily tying up your valuable resources

Tender Preparation

The various identification Options

Via MML-Handel all types of spare parts which are available on the German market can be procured. Whether you are searching for parts for valves (pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic), pumps, measurement equipment (pressure transmitters, limit switches, gages, etc.), filters or other installed components.

To address a tender preparation merely the name of the manufacturer of the spare part and (1) the inscription, (2) the nameplate data or (3) the manufacturer documentation is required. Photos for visual identification are very helpful and generally recommended.
