a) When visiting our website https://www.mml-handel.com information is automatically sent by the browser used on your terminal device to the server of our website. This information is stored temporarily in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded in this process, without any action on your part, and stored until an automatic deletion date:
- IP address of the requesting computer,
- Date and time of access,
- Name and URL of the downloaded file,
- Website, from which the access is obtained (referrer URL),
- Browser used and if necessary the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.
We process this data for the following purposes:
- To guarantee a smooth connection setup of the website,
- To guarantee convenient use of our website,
- To analyse the system security and stability and
- For further administrative purposes.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest results from the above listed purposes for data collection. We do not use the collected data under any circumstances to draw any conclusions about your identity.

b) When using our contact form
In the event of any kind of questions, we offer you the opportunity to get in touch with us by means of a contact form made available on the website. It is necessary to give a valid company, first name, surname and e-mail address for this, so that we know, who the enquiry comes from and in order to be able to answer this.
The data processing for the purpose of getting in touch with us is carried out pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 (1) (a) GDPR based on your consent given voluntarily.
The personal data collected by us for using the contact form are automatically deleted after completion of the enquiry you have made.
3. Forwarding of data
A transmission of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place. We only pass on your personal data to third parties, if:
- You have given your explicit consent for this pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 (1) (a) GDPR,
- The forwarding pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 (1) (f) GDPR is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in your data not being forwarded,
- In the event that the forwarding pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 (1) (c) GDPR is a statutory obligation, and
- This is legally permitted and necessary pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 (1) (b) GDPR for dealing with contractual relationships with you.

We use cookies on our website.
